Executive Service Support Specialist

You will be joining Vision Honda in Kochi, Kerala as an Executive Service Support Specialist. Your primary responsibility will involve contacting customers who have missed their vehicle service appointments on a daily basis. Your objective will be to communicate with them effectively to understand the reasons for their absence and provide suitable solutions to encourage them to reschedule their appointments. Ideal candidates for this position would be recent graduates with a Diploma or B.Tech in Automobile. This is a full-time role with a competitive monthly salary ranging from INR 16,000 to INR 18,000. In addition to the salary, you will also receive benefits such as health insurance and a provident fund. To excel in this role, you should possess basic computer skills, be physically and mentally healthy, have a clean criminal record, and be able to collaborate effectively within a team. A minimum educational qualification of a High School Diploma is required along with good communication skills.
