Executive - QC & Documentation

You will be responsible for the Quality Control and Documentation processes in the development of web-based projects. Your role will include the following key responsibilities: - Conducting Quality Analysis of all web development/software projects - Ensuring Quality Control documentations and follow-ups are in place - Technical documentation of all web development/software projects - Creating End-user manuals - Establishing internal processes to streamline the Quality Control process You will report to the Software Team Leader and work towards the timely execution of website/software development projects. The position requires a Graduate in any discipline with additional qualifications in Quality Analysis & Technical Documentation. You should have a good understanding of web development, Quality Control methodologies for web-related development, and Software Engineering Processes. Ideally, you should have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a Website/Software Development Company. Candidates with less experience will be considered for a trainee position. Possessing Microsoft Certification will be advantageous. You should be flexible, capable of working independently, and excel under stress and demanding expectations. This role is based in Kolkata and is open to candidates aged between 23 - 30 years. Remuneration will be based on your experience and qualifications.
