Job Description

Vehicle Pick-Up & Delivery : Responsible for picking up and dropping customer vehicles (scooters and bikes) from and to their homes or workplaces as per the scheduled appointments. Customer Interaction : Communicate politely and professionally with customers to confirm pick-up/drop timings and ensure a positive service experience. Timely Coordination : Maintain punctuality and coordinate effectively with the service advisor and delivery team to ensure smooth operations. Safety & Documentation : Ensure safe handling of customer vehicles and complete all necessary documentation or receipts related to pick-up/drop processes.
