Executive Operations - Amazon

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to handle the queries and complaints from Amazon customers on inbound calls.
• Follow procedures methodically to accurately respond to customers on Call.
• Provide quotes and information to customers related to their products.
• Provide information including Delivery time and other queries related to the product.
• Fulfill invoice requests on purchased products.

Requirements:

• Should be a graduate
• Should be proficient in spoken and written English and Hindi.
• All agents are to be cross skilled to manage all channel interactions.
• Male candidates should be comfortable working any 24/7 shift.
• Female candidates should be comfortable working from the office with rotational shift between 07:00 AM to 08:00 PM(any 8 hours)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
