Roles and Responsibilities Plan, manage and evaluate Diagnostics logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, Client/ customer , logistics providers. Prior experience in Cold Chain Movement . Should have experience of working in logistics/supply chain/transportation function Practical working experience in entire Assam territory . Managing the entire Logistic Operation to ensure sample should reach on time. Plan & Implement route wise Logistic partner to ensure less expenses for transportation. Co-ordination with referred Labs, CC, Satellite Lab to ensure smooth operation along with delivery of every reports on time. Also managed Warehouse Operation. Managed consumption wise item & stock maintenance for all the centers to minimize the investment. Should have practical experience in SAP Responsible for managing all matters pertaining to Information technology. - Software/Hardware support and Implementation - Installation , training ,Monitoring and supporting ERP and other applications - To coordinate with Hardware engineers of Vendors/Service contractors for Maintenance - To coordinate with IT departments, various user department and Mumbai IT team for smooth functioning of ERP - Maintain the IT related documentation as per 21 CFR part 11 and NABL - Data Backup/ Data security - Monitoring software updating (Anti Virus & OS) Desired Candidate Profile Any Graduates and experience in IT & logistics Willing to learn
