Executive IT Support Specialist- Mac/Apple

Location: BBTCL, 9, Wallace Street, Fort, Mumbai - 400 001 ( Near CST Station)

Experience: 5-8 years

Role
Manage and support Apple devices (MacBook, iPhone, iPad) for Directors and the CEO, along with LAN/network support for office and plant locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and support macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices
• Manage devices through Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager, and MDM
• Handle patching, OS upgrades, software installation, and security compliance
• Provide L2/L3 support to VIP users and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet issues
• Configure and support switches, routers, access points, and firewalls
• Coordinate with ISPs and vendors, and ensure network uptime
• Support conference room and video conferencing setups
• Maintain asset inventory and documentation
• Follow cybersecurity policies and endpoint security controls

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or equivalent
• 5-8 years in Apple device administration and IT support
• Hands-on with Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager, and Microsoft 365
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi-Fi, switching, and routing

Preferred

• Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, or Sophos experience
• Active Directory, Entra ID, and Intune
• Endpoint security and cybersecurity best practices
• Prior experience supporting executives/VIPs

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
