Job Description

Assist Employees welfare and Relations. Handling day to day back office administration work. Maintain annual budget and tracking system of all the expenses. Overseeing the Security, Safety of Company property and the employee uniform management. Manage housekeeping & security personnel in the udumalpet office ( CO2, TNRO , BTRO & Lab ). Ensure that office is maintained clean all the time. Maintaining the office layout and allocating space for the new joiners. Responsible for the pleasant office condition and coordinate the necessary repairs with the maintenance team. Responsible for Petty cash management & timely submission of bills (Vendors) for payment. Create and update records and databases Telecom, Office spaces utilization, etc Responsible for pantry management. Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware, and travel arrangements) Any other works assigned by the management from time to time
