Executive – Customer Service & Customs Clearance

CTC: ₹3.25–3.75 LPA
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; Logistics/EXIM qualification preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle import customer service for sea (FCL/LCL), air and project cargo shipments.
• Coordinate with the Customs Clearance team for Bill of Entry filing, assessment, examination and Out of Charge (OOC).
• Track vessel/flight arrivals, delivery orders and shipment status.
• Follow up on import documentation, customs queries, duty payments and regulatory requirements.
• Share daily shipment status reports (DSR) and proactively update customers.
• Coordinate with overseas agents, shippers, CFS/terminals and transporters for timely delivery.
• Monitor free days and prevent demurrage and detention through timely follow-ups.
• Maintain shipment trackers, MIS, job files and cost sheets for billing.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of import customs clearance procedures, sea/air documentation and Incoterms.
• Strong communication, coordination and customer-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• G-Card/H-Card and freight ERP experience will be an added advantage.
