Job Description

Manage payroll processing including attendance, overtime, and salary statements.
Handle ESI & PF statutory compliances – employee registration, monthly filings, returns, withdrawals, and settlements.
Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, Factory Act & statutory regulations.
Coordinate and face internal & external audits (PF, ESI, Labour, HR-related).
Support community and employee welfare activities.
Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies, compliance reports, and audit documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
