Roles and Responsibilities :
● Seek Medical claim status for Health Insurance Claims submitted.● Processing of Reimbursement Health Insurance Claim Documents● Proficient with medical terms and systems.● Understanding of Policy terms & conditions & Various Protocols / Guidelines● Understanding of Claims adjudication / Claims Processing● Maintaining & Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures & Protocols● Manage volumes effectively & efficiently to maintain Turnaround time of processing cases● Queries Handling and TAT Maintenance● Capable of Handling Recovery from the Customers.

Requirements :
● At least 6 Months to 1 Year experience in Voice process / Medical Officer ClaimsProcessing Cashless/Reimbursement cases in any hospital or Healthcare.● Super good in Customer escalations handling.● Excellent oral and written communication● Good customer service/relationship skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-pacedenvironment with shifting priorities.● Outbound Calls Daily 80 to 90.● Adjustable to Flexible working timings & shifts.● Language Proficiency: Good verbal communication skills in Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, and Hindi. Proficiency in multiple regional languages is preferred.● Immediate Joiner

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
