Follow by each chicks vehicle drivers & farmers, ETS, CD boys & Branch Managers up to chicks delivery to farms. Reduce rejection & shortage quality Prepare previous day despatch farm wise chicks rejection details (weaks, mortality & shortage) Prepare vehicle stoppage report (every vehicle) Receive in chicks schedule farms details Inform to farmers (Get confirmation from farmers for shed ready details) Inform to Branch Managers and ETS, CD boys Coordinate with vehicle drivers (Given contact numbers & farmers details) Prepared in online form JJ Vehicle loading time verify in chicks box counting Supporting to despatch people Support to accountant for TL entry purpose. Mobile follow up Drivers, Farmers, Branch Managers & ETS in DAY & NIGHT Month wise prepare chicks rejection details
