Chef Trainer Roles & Responsibilities

• Train kitchen staff in Chinese and Continental food preparation.
• Ensure recipe standardization, portion control, taste, quality, and presentation.
• Develop and implement kitchen SOPs and food safety standards.
• Monitor kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food handling practices.
• Conduct practical training and evaluate staff performance.
• Ensure consistent food quality across all outlets.
• Travel to different outlets as required for training and operational support.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 10–15+ years of experience in Chinese and Continental cuisine.
• Previous experience as a Chef Trainer, Senior Chef, or Kitchen Trainer preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recipes, kitchen operations, food costing, and hygiene standards.
• Good communication and staff training skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple outlets as per company requirements.
• Ability to standardize recipes and maintain consistent food quality.
