Job Description - Management Trainee - Sales

The Management Trainee - Sales will be responsible for learning and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to develop their sales skills and gain hands-on experience in the field.

• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
• Engage with potential clients through field sales activities.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to improve performance.

• 0-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and principles.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
