Job Description

Role Overview: As a customer service representative, your primary responsibility will be processing orders and handling general enquiries. This includes addressing issues related to orders not received and returns not credited. You will also be required to respond to enquiries from international customers regarding order status, tracking, and returns. Fluency in multiple languages, including English, Hindi, and Marathi, is essential as you may need to communicate with customers in their preferred language. Your tasks will range from adjusting customer accounts to sending out mass customer communications.
