Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience

Zeedesign Engineering Group is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and career-oriented graduate to work directly with the Managing Director (MD), with an opportunity to grow into a Business Development Executive role.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to gain exposure to senior management, client interactions, business strategy, and business development in the Oil & Gas, EPC, Petrochemical, Refinery, Offshore, and Engineering Services sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the MD with meetings, appointments, presentations, reports, and business coordination.
• Coordinate with internal departments and track important assignments.
• Conduct market research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Maintain client databases and support lead generation activities.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and commercial documents.
• Support tendering, bidding, RFQs, RFPs, and proposal submission activities.
• Coordinate with technical teams and assist in client follow-ups.
• Gradually take on business development responsibilities based on performance.

Required Skills:

• Any Graduate with MBA in sales and Marketing with good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organisational skills, initiative, and willingness to learn.
• Interest in sales, marketing, client relationship management, and business development.
• Knowledge of bid management, tendering processes, RFQs, RFPs, and proposal preparation will be an added advantage.
