Job Description

Role & responsibilities Hiring for R&D project management role in our Injectable R&D at Bangalore with the brief role as specified: Provide inputs and update internal database system as per project progress and current status. Ideate, create and maintain databases to prepare various project reports as per the business requirement by collecting and analyzing information from program statuses, comparing the outcome with baseline and communicating status to the management for review. Analyze the portfolio to ensure that work is aligned to business goals, strategic decisions and market requirements. Collect and analyze data to evaluate the efficiency of an existing internal process and to implement a new process or modify the existing one to make it robust. Review deliverables prepared by the project team before distributing to the broader team, to ensure project documents are complete and current. Assist the R&D team in ensuring timely and efficient utilization of budget allotted for development projects, with specific attention around API spend, Bioequivalence Studies, and RLD procurement. Elevates deviations to the attention of the department lead. Arrange and coordinate product specific meetings to ensure alignment on the overall product strategy, discuss obstacles, and identify next steps. Maintains meeting minutes. Tracks actions and ensure teams are aware and accountable for open issues. Post meeting, tracks open actions for closure with respective owner. Track the budget spends for various activities to ensure compliance with the budget allocated and the timing of spending, Create and review project charters to determine timeframe, budgetary limitations, procedures etc. for accomplishing projects at various project phases to escalate issues. Alliance Management and engagement with external vendors to maintain working business relations and identify a viable vendor based on needs and requirement Work with the Head of the department to prepare business presentations and reports as required and to collect and deliver project information about all projects in an organization to senior executives, business stakeholders and Upper Management. Preferred candidate profile Candidate with MBA qualification from repute, pharma background education preferred.
