Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Executive to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks related to vehicle management, procurement, and general office coordination. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain vehicle movement charts and schedules Monitor and record vehicle mileage and fuel usage for reporting and reimbursement Coordinate with drivers and transport vendors for timely dispatch and logistics Create and manage purchase orders for supplies and services Maintain inventory and track purchases to ensure stock availability Assist with vendor follow-ups and invoice processing Support general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and documentation Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow Requirements: Proven experience in an administrative or operations role (1 years preferred) Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) Familiarity with vehicle log tracking and basic procurement procedures Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to multitask and work independently Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
