Accounts:
· Maintenance of daily accounts
· Implementation and compliance of statutory requirements w.r.t. Accounts and Finance.
· Overall supervision of Donations and expenses of all departments.
· Vendor billing and payments.
· Daily MIS reporting
· Petty cash management
· Involvement in Cemetery and Utilities related tasks as and when required.
· Leave tracking, attendance and payroll activities.
· Miscellaneous Administrative work.
· Rescue vehicles – Insurance tracking, renewal and tax payment
· To spread awareness about our organization in and around Bangalore.
· To update Team daily with reports.
· To assist in shelter tasks.
