Your Work Profile

• Manage financial reporting, project accounting, working capital, GST/BAS compliance, statutory reporting, and audit support across Real Estate Development projects.
• Review project costs, budgets, revenue billing, cash flow, and financial performance to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with Commercial, Project Controls, AR, AP, FAR, MAR, and operational teams to support business decisions, resolve financial issues, and drive reporting improvements.
• Support month-end, half-year-end, and year-end close activities, including variance analysis, forecasting, statutory reporting, and audit coordination.

Desired Qualifications / Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Experience in Financial Reporting, Project Accounting, FP&A, or Commercial Finance.
• Knowledge of GST/BAS compliance, statutory reporting, and audit processes.
• Experience working with Oracle, TM1, SAP, or other ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
