Execution Instrumentation Engineer

As an Execution Instrumentation Engineer at our location in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, your primary responsibilities will revolve around the installation and commissioning of various instrumentation systems. You will be tasked with overseeing the installation of instrumentation equipment such as flow, pressure, temperature, and level measurement devices, ensuring that they are installed in compliance with technical specifications and safety standards. Documentation and reporting will also be a crucial part of your role. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation of installations and calibration records. Additionally, you will need to prepare and submit reports detailing instrumentation performance, issues encountered, and efforts made towards their resolution. Collaboration and support are key aspects of this position. You will work closely with process engineers and mechanical engineers to ensure seamless integration of instrumentation systems. Furthermore, you will be involved in training operational staff on instrumentation systems and best practices. In terms of technical skills, you are expected to possess a strong knowledge of industrial instrumentation, PLCs, DCS, and SCADA systems. Familiarity with cement manufacturing processes and associated instrumentation requirements will also be advantageous.
