My ExamRoom.AI experience was HORRIBLE. 2nd time scheduling the exam. Once written and Oral. Both were ridiculous. The customer service sucked I couldn’t understand the language and it’s a waste of money. The Live agents are definitely unprofessional and appearances aren’t up to par. That app should be banned.
