1. Meet and onboard new / existing Channel Partners and Builders strong relationships and grow the partner network. 2. Engaging with channel partners by means of regular visits/meetings and share regular updates. 3. Get customer leads from Channel Partners & ensure client meetings by sales team. 4. Rapport building skill with external stakeholders is a must 5. The role is target driven and requires flexibility in working hours. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3 - 4 years' prior sales experience preferably real estate sales, distributor management Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Hindi & English is mandatory.
