Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate and performance-driven Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in day-to-day retail operations, customer experience, team leadership, and achieving sales goals. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring every customer who walks in feels valued, understood, and confident about their purchase. Key Responsibilities: Support the Store Manager in achieving store sales targets and KPIs. Lead by example in delivering exceptional in-store customer service and product knowledge. Assist in managing store team members — mentoring, motivating, and evaluating performance. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations including stock management, display aesthetics, and store hygiene. Handle customer escalations with a problem-solving and service-oriented mindset. Drive CRM initiatives — follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and relationship building. Assist with staff scheduling and training of new hires. Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and visual merchandising standards. Report sales figures and insights to management regularly. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; diploma in Retail Management or related fields is a plus. 2–4 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, luxury, or fashion. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and retail POS systems. Customer-centric attitude with a proactive approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Eye for aesthetics and a keen interest in jewellery or fashion.
