Events Co-ordinator- Sales & Marketing Executive

Urban Acres is seeking an experienced, highly confident and commercially driven Events Coordinator – Sales & Marketing Executive to manage event business development, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship sales and coordination of premium industry events.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in conclaves, conferences, exhibitions, corporate events, sponsorships, concept selling and B2B sales, with excellent command of spoken and written English.

The position requires a professional capable of independently engaging with developers, architects, manufacturers, consultants, CXOs, industry associations and senior decision-makers, converting business opportunities into successful partnerships and event participation.

Key Responsibilities

Events & Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate industry conclaves, conferences, exhibitions, business networking forums and corporate events.
• Engage with developers, architects, manufacturers, consultants and other built-environment stakeholders.
• Manage speaker invitations, delegate participation, exhibitor coordination, sponsorship commitments and event-related follow-ups.
• Conduct professional telephonic conversations, Zoom meetings, email correspondence and physical business meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams, event partners, vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.

Sales, Marketing & Business Development

• Drive revenue through sponsorship sales, exhibition space selling, event partnerships and delegate participation.
• Pitch and sell event concepts, industry IPs, media opportunities and integrated marketing solutions.
• Identify potential sponsors, exhibitors, corporate partners and participating organisations.
• Prepare commercial proposals, presentations and customised participation packages.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closure and post-sales coordination.
• Develop long-term business relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.

Media & Industry Engagement

• Promote Urban Acres' conclaves, exhibitions, media platforms and industry initiatives.
• Develop integrated opportunities combining events, exhibitions, magazine advertising, digital media and thought-leadership platforms.
• Maintain structured databases, sales pipelines, stakeholder records and follow-up reports.
• Represent Urban Acres professionally at industry meetings, exhibitions, conferences and networking events.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in events, exhibitions, conferences, B2B sales, sponsorship sales or event marketing.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English is mandatory.
• Strong professional communication, presentation, negotiation and convincing skills.
• Proven experience in event sales, sponsorship acquisition, concept selling or exhibition space selling.
• Confident in interacting with CXOs, promoters, business owners and senior industry professionals.
• Strong experience in professional email communication, telephonic outreach and virtual business meetings.
• Ability to independently manage business leads, follow-ups, client meetings and commercial closures.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and event coordination abilities.
• Experience in real estate, construction, architecture, infrastructure, manufacturing, media or the built environment will be highly preferred.
• Existing industry contacts and a strong professional network will be an advantage.
