You should have 3 to 4 years of working experience in Corporate Sales within an Event company, Banquet Sales in a 3 Star or 4 Star Hotel, Travel and Tourism Industry, or Media Sales such as Newspaper, TV Channel, Ad Agencies, etc. It is crucial to possess excellent Corporate connections with key decision-makers in the Marketing or HR/Admin department of Corporate Companies in Chennai. Your responsibilities will include proactively sourcing new leads and effectively converting them into clients. This involves actively seeking out new sales opportunities through methods like data mining, cold calling, participating in relevant events and expos, utilizing social media, engaging in relationship building, and networking activities. You must demonstrate the ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team. It is essential to be proactive in developing and executing Sales Strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Additionally, you should be willing to continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and best practices, integrating them into your sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge. The ideal candidate will possess good presentation skills, excellent written and oral communication skills. This is a Full-time, Permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund. The compensation package includes a yearly bonus, with a Day shift schedule.
