This position is responsible for preparation of applied samples for internal departments and customers cross categories. Provide technical support to internal and external clients on fragrance performance in different applications and advice on possible product and perfume interactions/reactions to be considered. Possess problem-solving skills related with fragrance & base interaction and prediction of possible reactions between fragrance ingredients-base ingredients or fragrance incompatibility with the base. Provide timely and in-depth technical support internally (to fragrance development, sales team, marketing teams) and externally (to clients). Support bases development if needed in collaboration with global technical teams. Conduct stability tests for key projects aligned with approved protocols. An open-minded approach to analyze market products and suggest proactive ideas for new developments (concepts & products). Collaborate with development, sales and marketing teams in the project cycle and ensure that timely and efficient technical support is given.
