Job Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Microsoft SCCM infrastructure.
  • Deploy operating systems, software packages, and updates across enterprise environments.
  • Manage Windows desktop and laptop lifecycle management.
  • Perform patch management and ensure endpoint compliance.
  • Create and manage SCCM collections, packages, applications, task sequences, and deployment policies.
  • Troubleshoot SCCM client and server-related issues.
  • Configure and maintain OS imaging and deployment processes.
  • Monitor SCCM infrastructure health and performance.
  • Support software packaging and application deployment activities.
  • Implement endpoint security controls and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams.
  • Generate reports and dashboards related to patch compliance and device inventory.
  • Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh projects.
  • Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
