As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for attending Tool Box Meetings to plan and conclude the day's work efficiently. Your primary duties will include the installation and commissioning of Plant, machineries, and systems in WWTP/WTP/WRP. This will involve installing and commissioning all piping, valves systems, air compressor systems, and ensuring the maintenance of all equipment. Additionally, you will need to actively participate in IQ & OQ processes, assist the Project Manager in completing IQ & OQ on time, and support the Safety Officer in preparing RAMS until approval. Your role will also involve supervising vendors undertaking installation jobs at the site, working with minimal supervision while being a valuable part of the team, and actively participating in Diageo Project Meetings when necessary. Ensuring that safety norms are followed at all times will be a critical aspect of your responsibilities. In terms of technical skills, you should have a good understanding of piping layout, welding requirements, Mexican and Diageo welding standards, stress reliefs, and air vents in piping lengths. Knowledge of servicing, maintenance, and repairs of centrifugal and rotary pumps, as well as related machinery like air compressors and ETP equipment, will be essential. Experience in effluent treatment based on membrane or related technology is preferred. You should be able to read and understand technical drawings, P&ID drawings, and have expertise in checking and verifying equipment foundation, alignments, and matching the drawings accurately.
