Job Description

Role Description

Design, develop, and execute test strategies for data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouse solutions.
Validate data accuracy, transformation logic, and business rules across multiple data sources.
Perform data reconciliation and quality checks between source and target systems.
Create automated test scripts and frameworks for data validation and regression testing.
Work closely with Data Engineers, Analysts, and Product Owners to define quality standards and resolve data issues.
Document test cases, test results, and provide data quality metrics and reports.
Contribute to continuous improvement of data testing processes and automation frameworks.
Technical Skills
4-7 years of experience in data testing or data quality engineering.
Strong expertise in SQL for data validation and reconciliation.
Experience testing ETL workflows using tools like Informatica, Talend, AWS Glue, or similar.
Hands-on experience with Big Data platforms (Hadoop, Spark, Databricks) is preferred.
Knowledge of Python or PySpark for test automation.
Familiarity with data visualization or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
