We are looking for a driven individual to join our core Product Management team of Infors Technology Platform, called Infor OS. You will be working on Infors Data strategy, focusing on Data Fabric, Streaming Technologies, Data Catalogue, Data ledger, and Data ingestion & extraction services. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements from internal and external stakeholders, establishing relationships, and driving adoption. You will collaborate with industry analysts and customers to understand the latest Data trends, shaping the product vision, and working with seniors to define the direction for the future. Your role will involve ensuring a well-defined vision, partnering with engineering for realization, releasing the product periodically, and managing the release control process. Additionally, you will be responsible for enabling and educating field-facing professionals of Infor, Partners, and Customers on new feature launches. You should possess an entrepreneurial drive to self-start initiatives, excellent communication, and presentation skills to articulate complex topics effectively. Working independently on large technical projects, networking with key contacts, exercising sound judgment, providing input to business cases, working hands-on, giving demos, and owning product enablement/trainings are essential functions of this role. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or relevant Engineering education, along with 2 to 3 years of experience in Product Management or functional/Operational business analysis for software product development. Technical aptitude in Data streaming protocols, SQL, JSON, and ETL domain, as well as knowledge of AWS and Data platforms like Snowflake and Data bricks, is preferred. Strong problem resolution skills, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in English communication are required. This role may involve occasional travel to visit development teams or present the product at conferences.
