Key Responsibilities: Channel Development & Management Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners. Train and support partners on products, sales processes, and company policies. Sales Planning & Execution Develop and implement regional/channel sales strategies. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Monitor partner performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets. Market Intelligence Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior. Share feedback with the marketing and product teams for strategy alignment. Sales Enablement & Promotion Drive sales through channel-specific marketing campaigns and schemes. Organize events, roadshows, or site visits with channel partners (especially in real estate). Ensure display and branding compliance at partner locations. Reporting & Coordination Maintain accurate records of partner performance, pipeline, and closures. Provide regular reports and sales forecasts to senior management. Collaborate with internal teams – marketing, operations, customer service – for smooth execution.
