Job Description

As an Interior Estimator, your role will involve preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and coordinating with designers and sales to ensure cost-effective solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior projects - Analyze project requirements and specifications - Coordinate with designers and sales team to ensure cost-effective solutions - Maintain strong knowledge of interior materials, pricing, and BOQ preparation - Utilize AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software for project estimation - Demonstrate excellent analytical and negotiation skills - Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines Qualifications Required: - Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field - Minimum 1 year of experience in interior estimation - Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software - Excellent analytical and negotiation skills - Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines Please note that male candidates are preferred for this position. The job type is full-time and permanent, with a day shift schedule and a performance bonus. The work location is in person.,
