Estimator Civil/Interiors

As an experienced Estimator specializing in civil and interior projects, your role will involve accurately estimating construction costs, preparing bids, and collaborating with project managers and clients. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed estimates for civil and interior projects, including material quantities, labor costs, and equipment expenses. - Develop and submit bids, proposals, and tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements. - Analyze project costs, identifying areas for cost savings and optimization. - Perform quantity takeoffs and calculations, utilizing software and manual methods. - Work with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and ensure estimate accuracy. - Provide detailed reports and analyses of project costs, including estimates, actuals, and variances. Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience in estimating for civil and/or interior projects. - Proficiency in estimating software such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Excel, and Autodesk. - Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs. - Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in estimates and bids. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in specific industries like commercial, residential, or infrastructure. - Ability to develop and maintain estimating software tools and templates.
