Job Title: Front Desk Executive cum Administration Location: [Hyderabad] Experience: 1–4 years (preferred in front desk/admin roles) Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently. Maintain visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes. Handle couriers, parcels, and deliveries. Administration Support: Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry stock. Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, and facility services. Coordinate with IT/Admin team for infrastructure-related requirements. Compliance & Statutory Responsibilities: Monitor fire safety compliance (fire extinguishers, emergency exits, mock drills). Oversee electricity, water, internet, and telephone bill payments. Other Tasks: Support in travel bookings, hotel reservations, and logistics arrangements. Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment. Prepare and issue new joinee kits (ID card, access cards, stationery, IT assets, etc.). Coordinate with HR and IT for smooth onboarding of employees. Maintain updated records of employee ID cards, access controls, and seating allocation. Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Vendor management & negotiation skills. Knowledge of facility management and basic compliance requirements. Good problem-solving and coordination skills. Pleasant personality with customer service orientation. Qualification: Graduate in any discipline Prior experience in front office, administration, or facility management roles is desirable.
