Provide customer support on technical issues over the phone or via email. Trouble-shoot returned units from customers in the field & identify the problem to be resolved. Travel to key customers & regional offices to undertake product installation, support, & training. Develops customer relationship & understands customer needs. Work with Sales & Engineering team to resolve customer issues. Report directly to our management on issues & problem-solving results. Perform pre-shipment testing & package products for delivery.
