Job Title eCommerce Business Manager (Liposomal Cosmetics, Nutraceuticals OTC Division Pharmaceutical Division) Location: Kolkata About The Role We are a pharmaceutical and healthcare company entering the eCommerce space for the first time. We are looking for an experienced, self-driven eCommerce Business Manager who can single-handedly build and grow our eCommerce presence across liposomal cosmetics, liposomal nutraceuticals, Suvida (oral contraceptives), Suvida 72 (emergency contraceptives), and other OTC Pharmaceuticals products.. This is a foundational role you will be responsible for setting up everything from scratch, including strategy, platform setup, cataloging, listing, performance marketing, SEO, sales growth, operations, logistics, and brand-building. Key Responsibilities Strategy Setup Develop and implement a full-scale eCommerce roadmap for D2C and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, 1MG, etc.) Identify the right tech stack, tools, and partners for seamless online operations Cataloging Listings Create and manage product catalogs, listings, content, pricing, images, and descriptions across all sales platforms Optimize A+ content, bundles, and offers to drive sales Branding Marketing Build a distinct eCommerce brand presence across digital channels (social media, website, Amazon storefront) Develop and execute SEO strategies for Google and marketplaces to rank products organically Run performance marketing campaigns (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive traffic and conversions Sales Growth Performance Monitor KPIs like sales, AOV, ROAS, CAC, and optimize funnels to achieve revenue targets Launch promotional offers, influencer programs, review strategies, and partnerships to drive scale Operations Fulfillment Set up backend processes for warehousing, inventory management, order processing, returns, and customer service Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams, logistics, and third-party providers Analytics Reporting Track weekly/monthly sales data, ad performance, and platform analytics Provide actionable insights to management and suggest improvements Team Building (Future Phase) Recommend future hiring plans, agency partners, and internal resources as the business scales Requirements Experience in eCommerce management (D2C + marketplaces) Hands-on experience setting up Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, or similar eCommerce businesses Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, catalog management, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition Deep understanding of eCommerce tools, trends, and analytics platforms Ability to work independently and drive business outcomes single-handedly Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills This job is provided by Shine.com
