As an ESG Tool Administrator, you will support NKT’s ESG initiatives by ensuring accurate data collection, system configuration, and compliance with global sustainability frameworks. You’ll collaborate with IT, sustainability, and compliance teams to maintain platform performance and deliver actionable insights.

Manage ESG platforms and ensure compliance excellence

In this role, you will administer and optimize the Sphera ESG platform, ensuring seamless workflows and accurate ESG data across business units. You’ll support reporting aligned with global standards and EU directives, generate dashboards for performance tracking, and monitor regulatory developments to keep systems future-ready.

Your responsibility will be to:

• Administer Sphera ESG platform, including user access and workflows
• Ensure accurate ESG data collection and validation
• Support reporting aligned with GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, and CSRD
• Collaborate with sustainability and IT teams for data integrity
• Generate dashboards and reports for audits and stakeholder communication

You will report to the Chief Enterprise Architect and work closely with global teams. The position is based in Chennai (G3C).

Systematic and collaborative professional with ESG proficiency

We are looking for a structured, detail-oriented person who thrives in a collaborative environment and is accountable for their work. You should be results-driven, communicative, and focused on sustainability and technology.

You also have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with ESG platforms (Sphera Cloud or similar).
• Proficient in ESG frameworks and EU directives like CSRD.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) and cloud systems.
• Background in corporate sustainability, EHS, or compliance.
