In this role, You will manage user access and permissions, backups and upgrades, dashboards and workflows, system documentation, audits, and cross-functional coordinationensuring a reliable platform across student information, procurement, budgeting, parent payments, and teacher management.

Required Skillsets :

Hands-on expertise in administering and maintaining ERPNext/Frappe in a production environment.
Proficiency in configuring Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), workflows, automations, and user permissions.Strong capability in Linux server administration, MariaDB management, backup, recovery, and system upgrades.Experience in building dashboards, reports, SQL queries, and data-driven insights for business stakeholders.Proven ability to manage system audits, SOP documentation, change management, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
