Roles and Responsibilities Prepare BOQ, Tender Documents, Estimation, Planning, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and other related documents for high-rise building projects. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure accurate estimation and planning of construction activities. Please make sure to conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Develop detailed project schedules and timelines for billing purposes. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the entire process. ERP Knowledge is Mandatory. Desired Candidate Profile 2-5 years of experience in QS Billing & Planning Coordination for High Rise Buildings or similar projects. Strong knowledge of construction planning, quantity surveying, and bill preparation processes. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders. Ability to work independently on multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Conduct quantity surveying activities such as measurement, estimation, and rate analysis. Ensure accurate preparation of billings, including contractor billing and subcontractor billing. Collaborate with project teams to resolve any issues related to quantity surveying. Maintain records of all transactions and updates. ERP Knowlege is Mandatory. Desired Candidate Profile 2-6 years of experience in Quantity Surveying (QS) engineering or a related field. Strong knowledge of Billing Engineering, Estimation Engineering, Sub Contractor Billing, Boq Preparation, Quantity Estimation, and Contractor Billing. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality output.
