Job Description

Role & responsibilities : - ERP System Management - Administer and oversee the ERP System - Create & update of Ledger Masters (Vendor, Customer, GL etc.) - Create & update of Items & Services & Groups - Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the ERP System - Maintain the Data of All masters as per SOP - Maintain users & Assign Roles as per request - Check the updates and implementation of it - Troubleshoot & Resolve issues or queries of users related to ERP system - Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively use the ERP System - Development and implement of Reports, Policies and procedures as per requirement
