Job Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee grievances, conflicts, and workplace issues.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints, disciplinary issues, or policy violations in a fair and confidential manner.
  • Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
  • Collaborate with operations and management teams to resolve performance or behavioral issues.
  • Support HR leadership in disciplinary actions, terminations, and documentation processes.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and assist in creating surveys, feedback sessions, and focus groups.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee relations records and reports.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to supervisors on employee relations and conflict management.
  • Participate in policy development, review, and communication.
