Equity Trading Associate

As an Equity Trading Associate at our company located in Ernakulam: Aluva, your primary role will involve executing client orders and operating stock trading terminals with precision. You will be responsible for updating clients on their positions, providing regular market insights, and ensuring accurate and timely execution of orders on the trading terminal. Your efforts will be focused on activating inactive clients, encouraging maximum participation, guiding customers to increase trading volumes and overall revenue, as well as cross-selling other financial products and services. Additionally, seeking references from existing clients to acquire new clients will be a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Execute client orders and operate stock trading terminals with precision - Update clients on their positions and provide regular market insights - Ensure accurate and timely execution of orders on the trading terminal - Activate inactive clients and encourage maximum participation - Guide customers to increase trading volumes and overall revenue - Cross-sell other financial products and services - Seek references from existing clients to acquire new clients Qualifications Required: - Degree mandatory - Equity trading experience - Securities knowledge - NCFM/NISM certification - Proficiency in handling demat accounts - Familiarity with third-party products In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, as an Equity Trading Associate, you will be offered benefits such as health insurance and provident fund.
