Strong fundamentals in electrical concepts (Active/Reactive Power, PF, V/I) and awareness of inverter control modes (V/Q/PF). Good knowledge of Modbus RTU/TCP, register types, data types, scaling/multipliers; familiarity with OPC-UA, MQTT, and networking is a bonus. Proficiency in Excel, basic documentation/reporting, and analytical skills; Python and AI/ML understanding are added advantages.
