About the Role

Right Advisors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an EPC Recruiter with experience in construction recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring for various client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for EPC and construction-related roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and references.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, client feedback, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure successful joining and closures.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in EPC and construction recruitment.
• Recruitment consultancy or staffing industry experience preferred.
• Good understanding of construction hiring and candidate sourcing.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Candidates based in or around Faridabad preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
