Job Title: Account Executive Department: Finance & Accounts Location: Hapur, Meerut Company: Preet EPC (A Preet Enterprise) Reports To: Finance Manager / Accounts Head About Preet EPC Preet EPC, a division of Preet Group, is a leading provider of end-to-end Engineering, Procurement, and Construction solutions. We deliver industrial excellence through innovative and sustainable project execution across various sectors. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting transactions in SAP including journal entries, payments, receipts, and reconciliations. Maintain accurate records of general ledger accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. Prepare and manage accounts payable/receivable, vendor bills, and employee reimbursements. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings, including preparation of financial reports. Perform bank reconciliations, vendor account reconciliations, and inter-company reconciliations. Monitor and maintain records for GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Coordinate with internal departments and auditors during internal and statutory audits. Assist in cost control, budgeting, and variance analysis. Support the finance team with other administrative and accounting tasks as required. Required Skills & Experience: 25 years of accounting experience, specifically in a manufacturing or EPC industry environment. Strong hands-on experience with SAP (FI module preferred) . Solid understanding of general accounting principles , GST , TDS , and statutory compliance . Excellent MS Excel skills and familiarity with Tally or other ERP systems is an added advantage. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
