You should hold a qualification in BASLP or MASLP to excel in this role. As a practitioner in our organization, your primary responsibilities will involve assessing and treating hearing, balance, and communication disorders across various age groups, from neonates to geriatric patients. Your duties will include identifying, testing, diagnosing, and managing disorders related to hearing, balance, and tinnitus. Additionally, you will provide counseling to patients, assist in fitting hearing aids, conduct home visits and follow-ups, maintain accurate treatment records, and monitor patients" progress closely to ensure optimal management of their hearing difficulties. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in conducting diagnostic tests for hearing loss, such as PTA and Impedance, and possess knowledge of hearing aid programming and dispensing. Experience with Signia hearing aids would be an advantage. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, a high level of business acumen, and a desire for professional growth within the organization are essential qualities we seek in potential candidates.
