Description
As an Enterprise Architect Lead at our organization based in Mumbai, you will play a pivotal role in defining and driving the technology architecture for scalable and high-performing enterprise systems. You will collaborate closely with senior business and IT stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into robust architectural frameworks. The ideal candidate for this position will be a strategic thinker, capable of driving innovation, optimizing IT environments, and ensuring seamless integration of emerging technologies that support business transformation. Your key responsibilities will include leading the development and execution of enterprise architecture strategies aligned with business goals, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide strategic guidance, designing and maintaining architectural blueprints, overseeing the integration of new technologies and modernization of legacy systems, defining architectural standards, and ensuring compliance across all technology teams. In addition, you will evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and solutions to support IT transformation, facilitate architecture governance and review boards, lead cloud transformation initiatives, and provide architectural oversight during project execution. To be successful in this role, you should have 6-9 years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture roles, a deep understanding of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman, and proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. You should also possess a strong background in system integration, cloud-native architecture, application modernization, and hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities. Relevant certifications in TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, etc., are preferred. Key skills required for this role include expertise in Enterprise Architecture & System Design, Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Architectural Frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman), Security & Compliance Standards, DevOps & Agile Practices, Technology Risk Management, Stakeholder Engagement & Governance, and Innovation & Change Management.
