Engr, Sales

As a Sales Engineer, you will drive demand generation, design wins, and fulfillment sales across the assigned territory and market. You will develop customer relationships, build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, identify new business opportunities, and combine technical product knowledge with commercial insight to grow revenue, market share, and profitability

Our Team

You will be part of the GSM / India Sales Team, working closely with Business Development Managers, multiple Business Units, and other internal stakeholders to understand customer requirements and develop solutions that create value for customers and the business

What You Will Do

• Drive revenue, profitability, market-share growth, and design wins across the assigned territory by identifying and developing new and existing customer opportunities.
• Build and expand customer relationships using traditional and digital sales approaches while maintaining a strong and actionable CRM pipeline.
• Lead complex RFQs, commercial discussions, and pricing negotiations, working with internal stakeholders to deliver timely and competitive customer solutions.
• Translate customer technical and commercial requirements into opportunities by collaborating with Business Development Managers and Business Units and continuously building product and application knowledge.
• Identify product gaps, market potential, and target customers, initiate new/custom product opportunities, and share competitive intelligence to support business and sales strategies.
• Deliver a strong customer experience by resolving issues, developing innovative solutions, and independently managing priorities and opportunities from identification through execution

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 6-8 years of Sales and/or Marketing experience within the electronics or electrical industry.
• Experience managing customer accounts, sales opportunities, and a CRM pipeline.
• Experience handling RFQs, commercial discussions, and pricing negotiations.
• Experience working with electronic/electrical products, applications, or related technical solutions

What Will Put You Ahead

• Sales experience within the North India market.
• Knowledge of electronic applications and connector products.
• Experience using Salesforce and SAP in a sales environment.
• Experience identifying new-product opportunities based on customer requirements and market gaps.
• Experience coordinating customer opportunities across multiple internal business and technical stakeholders
