Key Details: - Availability: Trainers should be accessible between 9 am and 11 pm. - Earnings Potential: Trainers have the opportunity to earn an average monthly income ranging from 30,000 to 50,000. - Payment Structure: Remuneration is based on student enrolment, at a rate of INR 2,000 per student. On average, trainers are assigned a group of 15-25 students per month. Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive coaching in IELTS/OET for students. - Provide thorough assessments of students' speaking and writing abilities. - Assist students in improving their reading and listening skills. - Facilitate Google Meet sessions for the learners. - Foster motivation and offer encouragement to students. - Evaluate and furnish constructive feedback to enhance student performance Requirements: - Preferably, candidates should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching IELTS/OET. - Freshers are also encouraged to apply. The company offers comprehensive training to new hires.
