Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and passionate English & IELTS Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students preparing for the IELTS/PTE examination and improving their general English proficiency. You will play a key role in helping learners achieve their academic and professional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct IELTS training sessions (Academic and General) in all four modules – Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and practice exercises tailored to student levels.
• Conduct English grammar, vocabulary, and communication skill enhancement sessions.
• Evaluate students' performance through mock tests and provide constructive feedback.
• Track students' progress and provide reports or updates to stakeholders.
• Keep up-to-date with IELTS/PTE exam patterns, updates, and marking schemes.
• Maintain class discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Use technology and digital tools to enhance teaching effectiveness (online platforms)
• Customize teaching methods based on individual student needs (one-on-one or group coaching).

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• IELTS trainer certification or a valid IELTS score of 7.5+ preferred, if not then also it’s fine.
• Proven experience in teaching English and/or IELTS preparation. Freshers may apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students.
• Proficiency in using online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with CEFR levels (A1–C2) is an added advantage.

• Graduate freshers can apply as well

Working Conditions:

• [Onsite] mode of instruction.
• 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
• 6 days workings Monday to Saturday
